It’s probably safe to say that the majority of people don’t expect that couples who have appeared on the hit reality television show “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” are going to survive.

Besides the fact that many of the men and women have just known each other for mere weeks before getting engaged, many critics of the ABC Network show say that contestants are just in it to gain their 15 minutes of fame.

Whatever your thoughts are on the show, one dynamic duo has proven that they have good staying power is Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. They met on season 7 of “The Bachelorette” recently got married.

“Today is all about our friends and family,” Hebert said of her wedding in a statement to People Magazine. “It’s about standing with J.P., looking around at all the people we love in the same room there to celebrate our love.”

In a simple and personal ceremony, the couple said their I dos. Other women who have looked for love on the show but weren’t as lucky like Ali Fedotowsky and Emily Maynard, were in attendance.

As Ashley and J.P. proclaimed their love for each other during the ceremony, the audience marveled at the Neil Lane diamond rings on each other’s finger, everyone present could reportedly tell that they were going to last forever.
