The 2012 Summer Olympics paid tribute to the world’s best athletes. But, while the competitors were going for gold in the aquatics center or on the track, some of the fashion industry’s most notable men and women threw upscale parties benefiting those less fortunate.

Supermodel Naomi Campell hosted the Fashion for Relief event on August 9 at the Downtown Mayfair in London. Brits like Kate Moss, Sarah Ferguson, Vivienne Westwood and many others came out for the dinner raising money for victims of natural disasters.

“The 2012 Olympics have been remarkable – I am elated for Team GB and the extraordinary success they have had so far. It is a very special and proud time to be in London and to celebrate the outstanding talent, which has been showcased during the games. I wish everyone taking part in London 2012 continued strength, determination and perseverance for the remainder of the games,” Campbell told the audience.

The host donned a scoop neck floor-length Roberto Cavalli gown with lace detailing, Kate Moss wore a gold embroidered tunic dress with strappy stilettos. Sarah Ferguson and Vivienne Westwood both looked classically beautiful, the duchess in a little black dress and matching heels, while Westwood went for a cream wrap dress, maroon purse, and peep-toe boots.
