Kim Kardashian announces plans to design plus-sized clothing line

Few people would argue with the statement that reality television starlet Kim Kardashian seems to make headlines wherever she goes. And recently, she was once again in the news after revealing that she’s going to be developing a new plus-size fashion line in the United Kingdom.

This isn’t much of a surprise since Kardashian is known for impeccable taste when it comes to clothes (although her taste in men, many would say is another story). Despite this new business venture, the press she has received since the announcement has not be very friendly.

“The same woman who talks every week about how much weight she has to lose, and who shills for a ridiculous dieting cleanse, will officially announce a line of fashion today aimed at plus-size women” wrote columnist Hilton Hater on The Hollywood Gossip, a celebrity news website.

No word has been published as to when the clothes are expected to hit stores, however, what is known is that the various pieces will be designed for females who are sizes eight to 16. It also looks like there’s a reason that Kardashian chose to design for women in the U.K.

“Maybe it’s the weather, but I find girls here are really great at layering different pieces, mixing things up and accessorizing to get a look that is unique to them,” she told examiner.com, an online media outlet.

Whatever your feelings may be about Kim Kardashian, it’s probably safe to say that she is one of the best dressed women in all of Hollywood.
