During the 2012 Summer Olympics, people from all around the world watch athletes go for the gold in events ranging from skeet shooting to tennis. But, rarely do we hear about all the non-athletic events held after the games have started.
Recently, David Cameron, the prime minister of Great Britain, hosted the U.K.'s Creative Industries Reception, a party introducing high-society London visitors to the nation's leaders in television, theater, art, design and fashion. Interested in checking which two Brit's made the event's best-dressed list?
If so, check out Vogue Magazine's list below:
1) Kate Middleton
Ever since the Duchess of Cambridge became a member of the royal family, she has been known around the world for her graceful, elegant and sophisticated wardrobe. At Cameron's reception, Middleton was seen sporting a gorgeous grey sheath dress by Serbian-designer Roksanda Ilincic. Her shiny brown locks were pinned in a neat chignon.
2) Stella McCartneyThe British clothing designer looked stunning at the party wearing what looked to be a blue and black one-piece jumper. But, looks can be deceiving. McCartney was actually wearing three different articles of clothing, all created by her and of the same pattern: a wool brocade jacquard jacket, blouse and tapered pants.
